dietheathy: My second submit, but this is for people to see the more drastic changes. In 2005, I was about 180 lb. It took a long time of ups and downs until I started changing my life style in 2009. I started becoming leaner. Most of my actual weight loss has occurred over the last 10 - 11 months. I can’t believe how far I’ve come. I’m still working towards toning my tummy, thighs, and butt a little bit more. I have an ultimate goal weight of 120 lb, but to be honest, I don’t really care if I get there or not. I’m so happy with how I’m looking now.All of this was done through eating healthy and exercising on a regular basis! Stay strong and dig deep! <3
